In addition to the intake forms, you'll receive an invitation to create your own HIPAA compliant portfolio.

In the days leading up to your first treatment appointment, The Pearl Experience continues with friendly reminders about the date and time, as well as any pre-treatment instructions needed. Your online portfolio will also be updated with curated videos and educational materials recommended by Dr. Degurse, accessible through your app.
