The extensive preparation that goes into each consultation and treatment is a testament to our commitment to providing an opulent and refined experience for our guests. Dr. Degurse invests significant time and expertise in each appointment to ensure that you receive the highest quality of care.
In order to maintain the benevolence of offering complimentary consultations and to uphold the value of everyone’s time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
24-Hour Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to manage our schedule and accommodate other guests who may be waiting for an appointment.
Credit Card Requirement
To secure an appointment, we will collect your credit card information at the time of booking. Rest assured, your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated.
Cancellation Fee
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee is non-refundable but is essential to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your appointment.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a $75 no-show fee, charged to the credit card on file. This fee is non-refundable.
Special Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable and sometimes circumstances arise that are out of your control. If you have an emergency or an unforeseen situation, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you in a manner that is both fair and considerate.
