Do I need to know exactly which service to book before scheduling?
Not at all. Simply choose the time that works best for you. We’ll follow up personally to help you choose the right service based on your goals and preferences.
I'm a new guest. Should I book a consultation first?
Yes — a consultation is the ideal starting point. It’s complimentary and designed to help us get to know your needs so we can create a personalized plan together.
I'm an existing guest and know exactly what I want. What should I choose?
If one of the listed services fits what you’re looking for, go ahead and book it directly. If nothing seems to apply, just choose “Consultation” and we’ll reach out to confirm the details and schedule accordingly.
Can treatments be performed during my consultation?
It just depends. Treatments such as neurotoxin (Botox/Dysport/Xeomin), filler, or laser hair removal can sometimes be performed during your consultation if time and resources allow. We’ll let you know during your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes. This helps us protect not only Dr. Degurse’s time but also yours — we run a very tight schedule to ensure every guest receives our full attention. Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee.

What happens if I miss my appointment without notice?
A $75 no-show fee will be charged. We value everyone’s time and strive to operate efficiently so that each guest gets the care they deserve.
Do I need to enter credit card info to book?
Yes — you’ll be prompted to enter your card information during the booking checkout process. You won’t be charged unless our cancellation policy is violated.
How can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Text or call us at (719) 249-4210 and we’ll assist you right away. We make it easy and personal.
What if I have an emergency and can’t make my appointment?
We completely understand. Please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with benevolence and empathy.
What should I know before booking a Hormone Evaluation & Lab Review?
Hormone evaluations start with a $99 review appointment with Dr. Degurse after you’ve completed your lab work. Please note: the cost of the lab order itself is separate and paid directly to the lab company. Dr. Degurse will review your results and build a personalized plan of wellness action tailored to you. Once you make your appointment someone will reach out to provide you all the instructions for gathering labwork.
